Cancellation Policy
I absolutely understand that things come up, truly. Please communicate with me, as I would communicate with you. As much as I love work… it is work and how my bills get paid. I charge a 40% cancellation fee for cancellations made in less than 24 hours & 100% for no-shows. Your card will be billed for ALL no-shows. Cancellations, please just communicate with me. 15 minutes late for color services is my cut off! Haircuts… please be on time or a little early 💙
